Mrs Ryefield: — OK. I´ll have that. Do you have any coleslaw?
Waiter: — No, I´m sorry, we don´t.
Mrs Ryefield: — Just give me a small mixed salad then.
Mr Ryefield: — Same for me.
Waiter: — Certainly. (…) Would you like something to drink?
